Amazing service and speed from Adam on my claim

They say you only know the quality of your insurance when you claim. After submitting a claim with Momentum via their phone app I received a call from Adam Sekgabi. He took me through the claims process in record time. Gave me the option to get my own quotes or to send someone to come and assess the damaged goods and even reminded me via mail to send me the required photos. After sending him the photos he immediately gave me a call with confirmation that he received it and even called me after hours to discuss replacement or repair of the goods. I received the authorization sms of my claims within 30 minutes of our last conversation (again Adam calling to confirm he received final approval and that they will pay the amount into my account to replace the items myself as per my choice!).
