I had the pleasure of dealing with a lady by the name of Fikile Nkutha when I was registering the claim for my vehicle accident and she was incredibly helpful and supportive during the process. Speaking with her was like speaking with a friend, she put me at ease with all my worries and I knew I was in good hands.

My insurance Broker Neville Taylor was also the biggest help when I wasn't sure how to proceed as I had never registered a claim for an accident before and didn't know where to start but he helped me every step of the way leading up to my phone call with Fikile.
