Exceptional service from Khathutshelo Tshifaro!! Silly me dropped my phone and caused havoc on the poor thing. She walked me through the whole process of submitting a claim, assisting in all the questions I had, the voucher for replacing my phone, then removing the old and adding the new. She took the time and effort on a Saturday even to ensure that as a customer I am happy and sorted! Well done!!!
