Amazing service
What a breath of fresh air! First off, no repeating of ID nr or policy nr over and over - you phone and they know who you are. Secondly *Paulina Mashego* is a gem you should never let go! She was so knowledgeable and extremely helpful. She ensured that I understood what was explained and the enthusiasm she spoke with gave me a new energy. 10/10!!
