Amazing service!

<p>I received the most brilliant telesales service from Sihle Nonca at Momentum Short Term Insurance with regards to getting a quote on insuring my vehicle. He was polite, spoke clearly, was interactive and enthusiastic! Too often, it sounds like the people who call, hate what they do (and yes most people are rude to telemarketers, so I don't blame them) but Sihle gave his job a whole new dynamic and made the experience quite pleasant. </p> <p> </p> <p>Thank you for your service, Sihle, I will definitely call when I need anything else, and when I make the change to Momentum. </p>
