Always going an extra mile

Nothing really beats the feeling i get when ever i would call claims and Keamogetswe answers my call. As i know what ever problem i have she will sort it out for me no matter the obstacle. I really admire and appreciate her client satisfaction mentality as that's what most clients pay for, to know that there is someone out there who is always ready and willing to help and make what ever problem they have go away. Kea you are surely a great asset to Momentum, hope they really cherish having you as part of the team there, or else someone would really put your good customer service skills into good use....just saying., Thanks once more Kea
