Almost impossible to reach a human you can communicate with!
Was offered cheapest short-term insurance premium, compared to other companies. But, it is almost impossible reach a consultant to make changes to your policy.
I've spent more than 30 minutes in the past 5 business days trying to reach a human who is willing and able to assist but to no avail.
Have sent an email on Wednesday 26th May. To date (1 June) no response!!
Rather try some or other alternative because you are guaranteed to be frustrated when you need to make changes to your policy!
