Hi I would like to commend Allen Qomondi for an awesome service, he calmed me down and was able to assist me with my query. I was at the point of cancelling as I didn't want to hear anything if my situation was not resolved. I went from shouting to laughing at the end of my call. You have a valuable asset, look after him!
