We had a very traumatic experience on 12-Feb-2022 (fire damage) and Ms. Rinae Tshikovhi <***> was an absolute STAR amidst all the emotions. I can't remember when last I had experienced this kind of professionalism and superb customer service. Thanks Ms. Tshikovhi - You ROCK!!!
