Alexandra Forbes Insurance service non existent

Been trying to contact Alexandra Forbes for months to resolve my query regarding my insurance premium. "My" consultant Simone Julius ignores my requests. If you call switchboard, you are transferred from one area to another and you wait forever on the line. Even managers don't answer calls. I wonder if anyone still works in that department.
