Alexander Phorbes not giving info on progress

Good morning. I had a break in on my premises on the 5th and I am battling to settle matters with my Alexander phorbes. I sent them several emails regarding the claim and they are not willing to advise me on the progress of the matter. Please help me because I am sitting without tv which is to mea basic need and especially for my kid. They stole several things including tvs and sound system Please help.
