Alexander Forbes vehicle insurance- disservice

<p>My car got ****** on 27-11-2016 and recovered , insurer took it to the panel beaters for repairs on the 28-11-2016.I got a curtesy car from 30-11-2016 to be returned on 30-12-2016 and I was hoping my car would be ready by then.</p> <p> </p> <p>The 30 days has come to an end and the curtesy car need to be sent back to Avis but no news on my car except that the panel beaters are closed for december holidays.On an attampt to get an extension based on the circumstances I am told they cannot hlep as my car hire option only runs for 30 days.</p> <p> </p> <p>All I hear is policy this and policy that and they keep telling me the delays is with the panel beaters and not them and yet they are the ones who approved the panel beaters What annoys is the fact is that they want me to accept the december break is an excuse while they cannot accept the same break to motivate for a car hirte extension.</p>
