Alexander Forbes rejection of a legitimate claim

I have been with Alexander Forbes insurance for a number of years. We put in a 3rd party claim recently when my daughter reversed into the side of my car. My daughter is an adult dependent as she is still studying so I pay the premium for my family. Alexander Forbes came back and told me they were rejecting my claim because we are in the same household. I told them that as my daughter is an adult dependent, I have to pay her premium. The fact is that if my daughter paid her own premium then there would be no problem, but because she does not have the money and I pay her premium, I have no 3rd party claim. They referred me to a clause in my policy schedule on page 25 & 28, but my policy schedule only has 21 pages which I pointed out to them with no answer to that communication. I phoned my liaison at Alexander Forbes and eventually asked that a dispute be lodged as this is blatantly avoiding paying a relatively small claim after taking years of premiums. I have given them quite a while now and even my liaison at Alex Forbes is not responding to e-mails and not returning phone calls. Unacceptable behaviour to take money from a client every month, then ignore them when a small claim comes in and even worse to completely avoid/ignore them when trying to get feedback!
