Alexander Forbes - Personal Liability Claim - Bad Service

<p>I submitted a PL claim with Alexander Forbes starting on the 29th of February as they were not sure how to handle the claim I had to wait for feedback to submit the relevent documentation. On the 2nd of March 2016 I got an email that my claim has been submitted and is allocated to Mahlangu Busi. On the 24th of March I got an email that it has been submitted to the legal department after I sent Mahlangu the quotations for the repairs. On the 1st of April 2016 Gugu Msithini requested documentation from the owner of the property wich I sent back on the 5th of April 2016. I requested an update on the claim and Guga rep**** that it will take 60 days. I sent an email on the 8th of June 2016 requesting feedback and again on the 15th of June 2016 but I have gotten no reply from Gugu. The owner of the property needs his property damage repaired and I can't give him any feedback. This is really not the service I expected from Alexander Forbes. The total months since I logged the claim is now going for 5 Months and I decided not to keep on paying for a service I am not getting from Alexander Forbes as this is not what I expect from a leading Insurance company.</p>
