Alexander Forbes pathetic service

Submitted a claim over a month ago. Did all the necessary paperwork. Got the quote from the panel beater. After nearly 3 weeks they approve my claim but after reducing the quote by over R100 000 because they decided to use only second hand parts to replace every single panel on my vehicle. Since contesting this they have been ignoring me but still taking the money every month. Basically begging for feedback but every time I call there’s something new. Waiting for an investigator for over a week. Waiting for a second assessor for over a week. Pathetic customer service. Basically looking for every reason to save money at my expense. Not happy at all!!!
