Alexander Forbes is stalling to pay out my money which is ******* and ************

Alexander Forbes has literally been giving me the run around since the 25th of October. They just refuse to pay my money and they first blames it on incorrect documentation sent from my previous employer and now it’s just stalling tactic with their call center staff just being utterly dishonest and quite frankly ************ - as is their employer. I have been waiting for my payment since October 25th and they are STILL giving me the runaround. Last week Friday I spoke to Xolani Cisana - not my first time interacting with him and he assured me that my bank had verified everything (and that verification takes three days - this was day 4 and I had called on the Monday and was told my stuff went through for verification) so wow I should have gotten my money by then and he promised I would have it on Monday. I call again today and Miriam puts me on hold for 20mins and then hangs up on me - just like that. They are good at taking people’s money but when it’s time to pay up they cannot commit. I have been calling them since October 25th and nobody can tell me how to further expedite this and speak to management - their call Centre staff is *********** and downright ************- and for a financial institution this is not a good look. And I’ve noticed many people have had one complain or another against them. I’d never refer anyone to Alexander Forbes ever.
