#Alexander Forbes is ripping me off

Customer service refers to the way that companies behave towards their customers, for example how well they treat them which leaves much to be desired in the case of Alexander Forbes. I guess I'm just a policy number and a debit order , I feel as if I'm investing in a Ponzi scheme. I can't understand how I pay R3500 monthly for the level of service I'm receiving. A month and a few days has lapsed since I was in accident that deemed my vehicle a write off. I have gone through Zanele, Refiloe,Ntambose with no explanation of what they do, last month I paid the full premium for insurance as well as the car installment. I'm feeding a bottomless pit with no indication of closure with my matter. I will have to make payment to a vehicle I have no benefit of. Calling Alexander Forbes is worse than waiting in a public hospital yet we pay ridiculous premiums. I don't understand how a large organisation of this magnitude has no sense of responsibility. Does Alexander Forbes employ staff based on their expertise or head count? I think I speak for all consumers that are investing their hard earned money with Alexander Forbes, we are being short sold and **********. The world needs to know. #Alexander Forbes ripped me off .
