Alexander Forbes is appalling!

I am appalled by the service I am receiving from Alexander forbes. I left my previous employment end of March when my claim was submitted, it is June now and I am yet to receive my money.

When I call their call center to follow up their agents have no idea what is happening with my claim, they cannot provide proper feedback.

Initially when my claim was submitted I was advised that it will be paid out within four weeks, it's been well over 4 weeks now. I am beyond frustrated with Alexander Forbes. They can hardly call you back or send an email with updates. I have to keep calling just to hear the same incompetence!
