Alexander Forbes Insurance - Stay Away

I have recently moved to Pretoria and while we were busy moving in, after 2 weeks, still busy unpacking, we had a break-in(Burglary) in our new home. Being in such a spin and still trying to start me and my family's new life, we got part of the statistics. I though because i am ensured this would not be a problem. Little to find out that this was not the case. Because i did not mentioned i am busy moving, my Insurance in the new house which we are busy purchasing will not be valid. Even though it is in an estate,with 24 hour security and a alarm, Alexander Forbes's kept me 4 weeks on a string just to tell me they will not be paying. I haven missed one payment in 4 years, never put in a claim anything, except a repair on one of my vehicles.They have even ****** all my boys clothes and all my electronic devises, laptops, cameras and more. Alexander Forbes is past pathetic. i will make sure that i will never give this company a cent ever again. They do not care about you, they enrich themselves with their fine print and look for ways not to pay. I will make it my personal job to get my voice out there to ensure everybody hears about my experience. Well done Forbes, you are Pathetic!!!
