Alexander Forbes Insurance is USELESS

I have a home insurance policy with AF. I logged a claim on 6/1/20. Absolutely NO service to date. I have called several times for feedback. The claims people namely Helen and Busi are rude and arrogant. Busi went as far to tell me that if I get upset she will cut my call.

Seems that Busi is the star employee at AF with her bad attitude. I have to beg them to get a claims assistant to help me process my Claim and get an assessor to inspect the damage.

The service is no existent and useless. I am cancelling this policy immediately.

To tray the customer in this manner is ridiculous.
