<p>On the 25th March 2017 received a bad emergency service from Alexander Forbes after number of attempt to get someone to come and look at the problem related to my electricity at my house. Was sent from pillarto post while using my airtime to call them instead of getting calls to update me about the situation. Even then was told excuse about suppliers who don't wish to come and do the job. Never felt so embarrassed in my life before for a service rendering. Was treated like a piece of **** where as I make sure I am upto date with my monthly premiums. </p>
