Alexander Forbes Insuralce - Platinum for women #Fail

<p>Its been almost 2 weeks since I as a woman alone has been stranded next to a busy road in the middle of the night due to the fact that the Firs4U Roadside Assistance that is offered to Platinum Women clients never showed up - even after numerous phone calls. Cally Perumal contacted me on Friday the 23rd of June offering excuses as to why the roadside assistance never showed up and left me stranded woman alone next to the road at night. When I told her that their apologies will not "cut it" she ended the conversation with "I will make this problem go away". After trying to follow up with Cally - telephonically and by email, I have just never heard back from Alexander Forbes Insurance or from First4U roadside assistance. So, I specifically choose to have my insurance with Alexander Forbes Insurance because of the Platinum Woman plan, because I am a female alone - bargaining on the fact that I can rely on them when I am in an emergency... Then when I DO need them, they dont show up and leave me alone in the dark with my two 5 year old boys. How does this seem fair?</p>
