Alexander Forbes failure to process claim

<p>After suffering pothole damage I went for an assessment at Tiger Wheel & Tyre and submitted a claim on 06 April to AF. Till today my claim is not processed, when I follow up I keep getting the standard "a consultant will be in touch with you" excuse. Meanwhile I'm driving around with damaged rims and tyres. I pay my premiums diligently every month to Alexander Forbes but when it's time for me make use of my insurance they don't give a damn!</p>
