Alexander Forbes do not live up to their promises and dont have their client's interest at heart...not trustworthy

Shocking client service - I have once again been **** to by Alexander Forbes and treated with disrespect and disregard. Bandile Lusenga not a helpful consultant and certainly did not have my interests at heart as a client....the lies that have been fed to me are simply unacceptable and I no longer trust this insurance company to handle my insurance - dont insure with Alexander Forbes.
