Alexander Forbes disgusting service

It has been over 3 months since I submitted the claim for my vehicle, which the assessor, appointed by Alexander Forbs, declared a write off. There has been one excuse after the other! Everything asked of me has been done but still my claim has not been honored!!! I have been without a car since then, granted I was supp**** with a hire vehicle for 21 days, but nothing since then. We have been paying our monthly premiums since 2002 without missing a month and now, unfortunately, when it’s claim time all I have received from them is one excuse after another.
