have submitted complaint to ombudsman as there service is pathetic and i have been trying to get hold of them but no reply , the internet is also not available

what i have noticed is all these companies are the same promises , more promises and at the end of your day why pay your premium , saw again that the premuim get deducted but there laws are in place and nothing happens

after along time , Alexander forbes is paying out , and to all the staff at that employment do not call me ***** and that i dont know what i am talking about , get the truth taken down from Hellopeter because it is not the truth and that it would hurt you company image , actually you do , i getting in contact with the MD
