Alexander Forbes Business Insurance

<p>I have been in contact with the above mentioned Insurance, i am very dissapointed at their conduct, lack of communication, my claim was put on hold for no valid reason, I have to do the follow up with the SAPS myself for reports, and all the information i only get it when i make a call, is this how Alexander Forbes i Business Insurances all about?</p>
