Alexander Forbes bad Service

<p>I was involved in a motor car accident in December 2015, not my fault as the 3rd party also admitted guilt, I got my case number from police as did 3rd party, I submitted my claim to Alexander Forbes to have vehicle repaired, I was told that I must pay the excess and that they (Alexander Forbes) will get my money back from the 3rd party insurance, to date 18 months later I am still waiting for this money to be paid back, I sent numerous emails to alexander Forbes and all they tell me is they waiting for 3rd party insurance to settle, they never inform me from there side i must always contact them, I wrote on Hello Peter about 1 month ago and then I got a response from a manager at alexander forbes saying he will look into the matter and 1 month later since I received that response form Alexander Forbes I am still waiting as no further communication was received from them, this is really bad service or shall i say *** service from this insurance company will not recommend them to anybody and I am in the process of finding a new provider.</p>
