Alexander Forbes are totlly UNSTRUTWORTHY and lack integrity

Alexander Forbes is the worst insurance company i have ever dealt with. I have never lodged a complaint here in my life until now. I am exasperated with the shear lack of care and downright stalling of Alexander Forbes on a third party claim for an accident that happened in 2018. The most incredible and obvious stalling tactics that to date we have not been paid out. It would take pages to explain the whole story but it is all on email. Eventually they send the "release" form in mid Nov 2019. We sent the form back on 25 Nov and the forms said a max of up to (working days) for payment. To date no payment no correspondence. On 9 Jan i Called both no's from the payments department Zwange Netshiozivhqni *** on answering machine hold 27min called other no Gail *** on hold for 29 min no answer. So furious i emailed Lauren Lucious in the legal department 9th Jan 2019. To date no response from anyone. Also found out half way through this process that my elderly mother in law went through years of threats of court and didn't want to pay out this is definitely not an honest company be very aware!!! they are not who they project themselves to be.
