Alexander Forbes approves claim of my vehicle which airbags came out, not safe to drive the vehicle.

I'm driving a 2lt Mazda 3 2015 insured with Alexander Forbes. On 18/10/2015 it was involved in an accident, were airbags came out. Now my issue which i raised with the insurance is that,the vehicle had to be a write off because airbags have came out and i won't feel safe to drive it with my family. There insurer have approved it for repairs and my issue is that it not safe for me to drive a vehicle which has airbags repaired. I have email Alexander Forbes consultants regarding this matter, no response and feedback. They doing as they please, not taking into consideration my safety and unsatisfied about going ahead with repairs. Alexander Forbes they only taking client money monthly and not resolving issues. Alexander Forbes is the worst insurance company in South Africa. I wish i never joined it . Very disappointed on how their handle my claim, totally unprofessional. I'm taking this matter to ombudsmen, so that it can resolve this matter urgently. Their consultants are very unprofessional and disappointing. This insurance company want people to drive unsafe vehicle and cause more accident. I won't allow this company to validate my constitutional rights. It must be stopped immediately.
