Alexander Forbes A Disgrace

<p>I was involved in a motor car accident (not my fault) in Dec 2015, a third party swerved lanes and drove into my vehicle, the vehicle was taken away from the accident scene by a tow truck company and taken to a repair shop, after damage was assesed the vehicle had to get repaired as it was needed for work, the vehicle was repaired at the repair centre and I paid the excess to have the vehicle released, the insurance company Alexander Forbes said they would claim the excess money from the 3rd party insurance, well after numerous emails and phone calls todate 16months later I have still not received my money, the claims department (I have the emails and names of consultants) keep telling me they are waiting for the 3rd party insurance to settle, why do they have to settle its a done deal as the 3rd party that drove into me admitted guilt at police station and a docket was opened, I think this insurance company is just to lazy to do there work and thats the excuse they keep giving, I wonder if they contacted the 3rd party insurance, and in saying this I had to contact Alexander Forbes regarding my money owed they never contacted me first and they hardly reply to the mails I send, I sent a mail directly to the person working with this case and to date have received no reply.</p>
