Alexander Forbes 24 Hour Assistance

<p> What a shocker : 11h30 : phoned to request assistance from Shoileen. Advised 45/60 mins wait for assistance and an sms will come through on who will attend. No Sms. Called 12h00 spoke to Lejuane to find out the system was down and they had to go to the phone call to re issue the information? Done and a vehicle will be there 45 mins. Called 12h35 to be told the Ref number is 260643 and vehicle on the way by Nomphemelo ? Called 12h50 to be told the vehicle on the way? (each time put on hold for over 10mins!!) Called 13h00 and Nohpmelo told that vehicle on the way and still no sms. 13h10 the Locksmith called and advised he is on the way and will be here 14h00!! I asked when he had got the go ahead for the call out. 13h05. No-one from 11h30 to 13h05 had been given the call out??</p> <p>A number of non-truths told from 11h30 to 13h00. over 1 hour 30 mins later? and then the arrival of the person at 14h00 means 2hour 30 mins : luckily I was not in a compromising position in a very unsafe area - at no time did anyone at the call centre ask if i was safe? This is a REALLY BAD PROBLEM WHICH NEEDS TO BE ADDRESSED</p>
