Alender Forbes/Momentum Insurance incompetence should not be my inconvinience

927701-2 (Alexander Forbes / Momentum)

I would like to inquire why my premium has increased without my knowledge. This insurance is not putting me at ease at all. Just the other week my fridge broke and it had to be booked in for repairs and pay out of my pocket because i realized if i did through this insurance it would take months to get it sorted out. I suffered a huge loss of rotting food in the fridge and to pay for the actual fixing of it that was caused by load shedding.

What puzzles me is that my car is old, why does it need to increase when it was decreasing from this very insurance. Now my claim has not been resolved and i have not been making noise about this whole issue but i feel like this insurance is stepping on my toes and i throw my toys around like they won't believe. The move to the new company was never a surprise, it was planned so Alexander Forbes / Momentum move's incompetence should not be my inconvenience. I think i have been too polite and cooperative but in the process i was taken for a ride and that i wont allow. Get whoever can respond to me with straight answers to get back to me before I can show that insurance to the other side of me. The consultant that was brought to recruit us to this insurance will get a piece of my mind as i never had these issues with ION (I was claim free for the years that i was wit them but simple things like electrical appliances or plumbing they could send out a technician before you could even think of making an alternative plan. The issues about the backlog should not be any of my business. The move to the joint company was known and if things are done properly from the top level such inconvenience should not be experienced by clients. I am disgusted and disappointed in the poor service that is being offered by this insurance.
