AF makes me drive without a spare tyre for 3 weeks

AF insisted on repairing a damaged (cracked) rim from an accident in 2013, despite my pleas to replace it. I had a slow puncture over 3 weeks ago, and upon investigation by a local tyre shop, they found that the rim was leaking on the repair.<br> <br> I have been in contact, on more occasions I care to remember, since then. I have been given nothing but empty promises on feedback. I escalated to customer services last Thursday, and again empty promises of feedback.<br> <br> I again tried to contact AF since 10:30 this morning, and finally decided that perhaps this may get their attention !
