Advisors who actually care
It started off as a very bad experience, but saved by 2 awesome claims advisors. First was Tex Victorino who even as a trainee handled me with professionalism and even though she wasn't able to assist me followed up to make sure she did all she could do. Then is was Tokologo Nkoele who calming voice and dedication helped me so efficiently. I was expecting another delay and when she called me back a few hours later and said it has all been sorted I was falled. The 2 of you restored my faith in that there are advisors that do really care and go the extra mile. Not just robots. Please let them know I do really appreciate what they did.
