Hubby s spectacles broke and he is dependent on them , i logged a claim with Momentum and was assisted by Adam . The claim was handled with a high degree of professionalism and urgency. He Immediately informed me of the documents and quotations required. Kept me informed of the claim and the processes. In no time the claim was paid and hubby has his new spectacles all within a very limited amount of time. Thank you Adam for your excellent , professional and efficient customer service.
