Account debited without authorization

<p>Got an sms from these people about short term insurance. Quick to call me and insisted on all my details including banking details. i did NOT accept the quote and told them i was not going to take the insurance as it was more expensive than my current insurer. They have still debited my account with what looks like a double premium. I view this as theft. i did NOT give you the right to take this money as there has been NO verbal or written acceptance of any policy. </p>
