Accommodating and Understanding

I got water damage on my phone when I went to the gym. This was on a Monday Public holiday and the next day I had to travel to a different city. My phone was not able to work without wifi so I did not have any means of communication between spots. MI assisted in getting my phone virtually assessed and I got my claimed settle by that Friday. This helped a lot as I need my phone, like everyone I guess, every day to do my work. The guy that assisted me was also very helpful and quick. My Broker Jan Harm Eloff helped as well.
