Accident Report on 29 June 2020

On 29 June 2020 whilst I was inside the shop someone bumped into my car. The guy who bumped and myself then went to the Police Station to report the accident. Fortunately that guy and myself are in the same insurance company Momentum (then it was called Alexander Forbes). I reported the accident on the very same day, the 29th of June 2020. To date nothing positive has come up. I have been sent from pillar to post. No one at Momentum seems interested in resolving my issue. I am therefore requesting and seeking your intervention on the matter. I have all email I sent to Momentum should you require the whole background. Regards Phumzile
