Access Refund

Good day

I submitted a claim to Momemtum as I was involved in a car accident in August 2021.the third party was at fault and this was all reported and mentioned on my police report. I paid an access amount which I was promised that it will be refunded back, I followed up with Zorhan claim consultant who was so unprofessional in her response, this is after my car was fixed. No one has contacted me reg my refund nor been advised if the third party was charged . I’m querying when to expect my access refund as it is almost 4months and no one has gotten back to me
