Above and beyond awesome service from Lerato Masela

Until yesterday, I was honestly losing trust in Momentum. The quality of the service I've been receiving wasn't the best with my past interactions. I'm all for awesome service coz it keeps me coming back for more, not forgetting putting word out there that I'm with the best and that's what I got yesterday.

Lerato Masela is literally a breathe of fresh air, from her intro to her saying goodbye. Not only was she professional and friendly, but she got the job done to the T. I felt like I was speaking to a friend and not some robot or machine, I mean she even called me back immediately when my line cut . A lot can learn a thing or 2 from her with regards to delivering awesome service.
