A Nightmare of Dysfunction

A company vehicle was involved in an accident on 20 April. It is now 19 June and we seem no nearer to having the claim resolved. Dealing with Alexander Forbes has been a nightmare of dysfunction. Reading the email correspondence trail with various parties is almost hard to believe that it is possible. 'Monty Python esque ..' It would be humerous if it wasnt such a serious issue.

In the last few years we have had a claim with Safire Insurance and with Woollam & Associates Compendium. What a pleasure dealing with both of those companies. We switched to Alexander Forbes last year because their premiums were a bit lower and now it is a huge regret.

Be warned.
