I would like to provide incredible feedback to Momentum Insurance’ employee Noluvuyo. I called in for road side assistance shortly after having difficulties with my car this afternoon. The efficiency of Noluvuyo made my life incredibly easy. She was swift, helpful, considerate and responsive. It could not have been more than 20m and the tow truck came to our rescue.

This is the epitome of customer-centric service. Working in an industry like insurance requires employees to have quality traits such as compassion (amongst) many. I was with my 7 year old who felt unsafe- Noluvuyo could have easily made our lives difficult, however, she called in even after we were dropped at home. I would like Momementum to ensure that they recognise and reward such employees because this merits recognition and is worthy of public review.
