A compliment to Thuli Ngubane. I cancelled one of my policies, explained the reasoning to her, she assisted immediately to resolve, then gave great advise thereafter for the remaining policies. It was such an enjoyable call which one doesn't often have. Great character energy, informative, helpful and funny. Refreshing.
