A compliment for the efficient Keamogetswe Hoeane

I would like to thank Keamogetswe Hoeane in the claims department for assisting me with my claim CP078253. I was very upset and frustrated when I spoke to her reporting that someone drove into my car. She was very friendly in her approach and managed to calm me down and make me smile. She was very efficient during the whole time always keeping me updated regarding the progress of my claim. Even when my claim was approved she went the extra mile to make sure I get a panel beater closer for our convenience. Thanks to her, today my car has been booked in for repairs and she even advised that I could update her once the repairs are done. She is really a gem and Momentum is lucky to have people like her in their claims department.
