9 Months and Momentum still require information which was already previously sent to them on many occasions? What happens to the information that's sent?

UNBELIEVABLE!! 9 months after the accidents ,still no results after we claimed and our claim repudiated. After ombudsman ,now Momentum is asking for more information?? How ridiculous is this!! We've had bad experiences with insurance companies,like New National and King Price but this is unchartered territory!! 9 Months after accident and still nothing? They still need more information?? TOTALLY RIDICULOUS!! JUST SHOCKING!!. See letters below. Dear Mr. Pyoos

I refer to the above matter which is currently with The Ombudsman for Short Term Insurance.

We would like to obtain the blood alcohol results. Kindly provide us with a certified copy of the driver’s ID document and a signed Power of Attorney giving Momentum Insurance’s Investigator authorization to obtain the blood alcohol results on your behalf.

Dear Madam/ Sir We have sent these documents many times before. It's unbelievable that this matter has been dragged out for longer than 9 (nine) months? We've had terrible experiences with insurance companies before, BUT THIS is by FAR the worst experience EVER!! Anyway, although we've sent these documents before,we have attached it once again.

Hopefully this would finally lay to rest this ridiculously drawn out case once and for all.
