I got assisted by Dorothy Makhele for my claim at Momentum insurance. Dorothy is the epitome of excellence. Professional, informed, dedicated and just an amazing human being. She literally sorted out my claim in few days. She was constantly communicating and keeping me informed throughout the process. I think she even work overtime that lady because she called me after 18:00 on a Friday evening giving me a final update on my claim and the next steps. Dorothy, keep it !
