I would like to recommend Momentum on their amazing service. Lucky Matutu, was my assigned agent, he was very helpful from our first conversation, right up until our most recent. He made the instructions very easy to understand, always kept me up to date via email and not a single day passed without a reply. Once he informed me that my claim was approved and that one of Momentum's electronic providers would be in contact with me to provide details regarding my claimed items. Momentum's provider contacted me 15 minutes after my call with Lucky and made an arrangement to supply me with my claimed items. Momentum's provider informed me that my claimed items were at my closest branch and was ready for collection, this was 15 minutes after my most recent conversation with Lucky! Amazing 5-star service and will defiantly recommend Momentum Short Term Insurance to friends and family.
