5 star exceptional service

Would like to compliment Abrie Janse Van Rensburg for his excellent service. He has gone beyond the call of duty, going the extra mile. My complaint was not being resolved, it was been bounced from one person to the other. No one was taking accountability or responsibility. Abrie stepped in and resolved my complaint. He was willing to assist, approachable, understanding. Cannot understand how other senior staff not able to take responsibility of my complaint. He is more customer conscious.
