4 Months of not settling payment

End of July going to August, I had a car break down. I contacted the Momentum Emergency line but my call was not answered. After waiting for close to 30min for anyone to answer I ended up calling my car tracking company to try and get a tow. It was then brought to my attention by the tracking company that I am not covered for 60KM but rather they will pay R500 towards the tow and I need to pay the balance. I did a HelloPeter complaint about Momentum not answering emergency calls. I received feedback and spoke to Nomthandazo Mtatsi (Service Provider Conduct advisor) [Procurement Department] who advised that Momentum will settle the invoice once I send the proof (Invoice) from the tracking company. On the 08th of August 2022, they asked for call details so they can investigate my claims that my call was not answered. I submitted everything to Nomthandazo. On the 25th of October 2022, I submitted the Mix Telematrix invoice through to them on their request. The invoice showed the amount I needed to pay to cover the cost. The amount of R1355.83 - Mix Telematrix, after several calls to them advised that they added my monthly fee to the total. So the correct amount I am owing is (R1091,35). Now, after months and months of back and forth, I called Shouneez Marshall (First Assist). She has been on emails and advised that she has been sending Momentum emails but no response. Today she advised that Momentum will only pay R500 and not the entire R1091,35. Question, who should pay the difference? Mix Telematrix already paid their R500 towards the bill of the tow and the invoice is what I needed to pay as per their communication. This means that Momentum needs to settle the entire R1091
